We want you to be fully satisfied with your QPR gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all official merchandise in its original condition. Please note that personalized items and masks cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
